What to include

To help us help you faster, a few tips:

• Recipe questions: tell us the recipe title and what happened — the more detail, the better we can troubleshoot. Photos of how it turned out are always welcome.
• Price corrections: include the store, the province, and the price you saw, so we can verify and update. A photo of the shelf tag or flyer helps enormously.
• Partnerships: we’re open to working with Canadian food brands that fit our budget-meal-prep focus — send details and we’ll take a look. We only partner with products we’d genuinely recommend to a friend.
• Media: for interview or press requests, email is best — put “Media” in the subject line so it gets priority.

We aim to reply to recipe questions within two business days. During busy test-kitchen weeks it can take a little longer — thanks for your patience.
